Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes avanc\u00e9es de traitement automatique du langage naturel (TALN), nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 une base de donn\u00e9es compl\u00e8te de substances anti-\u00e2ge en analysant un vaste ensemble de publications scientifiques accessibles au public. Cette base de donn\u00e9es constitue le socle de notre mod\u00e8le d\u2019IA, entra\u00een\u00e9 \u00e0 identifier, selon des crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9cis, les mol\u00e9cules pr\u00e9sentant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-\u00e2ge.  \n\nNotre approche repose sur une m\u00e9thodologie d\u2019IA fond\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es pour effectuer le criblage virtuel de mol\u00e9cules anti-\u00e2ge potentielles. Les effets biologiques de ces mol\u00e9cules candidates sur le vieillissement sont ensuite \u00e9valu\u00e9s rigoureusement au moyen d\u2019exp\u00e9riences cellulaires d\u00e9taill\u00e9es et d\u2019\u00e9tudes animales.
