Des \u00e9chantillons de sang ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s dans la veine saph\u00e8ne lat\u00e9rale 2, 4 et 20 heures apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re administration intragastrique. Une seconde dose intragastrique a \u00e9t\u00e9 administr\u00e9e 20 heures plus tard. Quatre heures apr\u00e8s la deuxi\u00e8me administration, les souris ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sacrifi\u00e9es sous anesth\u00e9sie \u00e0 l\u2019isoflurane.
