Une \u00e9tude cl\u00e9 d\u00e9montre qu&rsquo;une suppl\u00e9mentation en NADH peut revitaliser efficacement les lymphocytes T vieillissants, restaurer la prolif\u00e9ration des lymphocytes \u00e0 des niveaux comparables \u00e0 ceux de la jeunesse et fournir un puissant bouclier antioxydant, offrant ainsi une strat\u00e9gie scientifiquement valid\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9server l&rsquo;immunit\u00e9 au fil des ann\u00e9es. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comprendre l&rsquo;immunos\u00e9nescence : Pourquoi nos d\u00e9fenses s&rsquo;affaiblissent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avec l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, nous constatons souvent un d\u00e9clin de notre r\u00e9silience immunitaire : refroidissements saisonniers plus fr\u00e9quents, r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration plus lente et fatigue persistante. Au c\u0153ur de cette \u00e9volution se trouve l&rsquo;immunos\u00e9nescence, \u00e0 savoir le d\u00e9clin fonctionnel de nos cellules immunitaires. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les lymphocytes (un type essentiel de globules blancs), et plus particuli\u00e8rement les lymphocytes T, constituent les principaux d\u00e9fenseurs de notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire. Ils sont charg\u00e9s d&rsquo;identifier et d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les agents pathog\u00e8nes. Cependant, le vieillissement entra\u00eene une perte d&rsquo;\u00ab \u00e9nergie \u00bb de ces cellules, provoquant :  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une r\u00e9duction de la prolif\u00e9ration cellulaire : L&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 des cellules immunitaires \u00e0 se multiplier et \u00e0 r\u00e9agir aux menaces.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e de cytokines : Une communication perturb\u00e9e entre les cellules.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un stress oxydatif cumulatif : Des dommages structurels port\u00e9s aux m\u00e9canismes internes des cellules.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La science de la restauration : Comment le NADH agit sur les cellules immunitaires vieillissantes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pouvons-nous inverser ce d\u00e9clin ? Une \u00e9tude fondamentale publi\u00e9e dans Applied Physiology, Nutrition, and Metabolism en fournit une preuve \u00e9vidente. Restaurer la prolif\u00e9ration cellulaire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les lymphocytes des adultes \u00e2g\u00e9s \u00e9taient nettement moins actifs que ceux des participants plus jeunes. N\u00e9anmoins, un traitement au NADH (500 \u03bcM) a permis de restaurer de mani\u00e8re significative la prolif\u00e9ration des lymphocytes \u00e2g\u00e9s. Un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre entra\u00eene fr\u00e9quemment une inflammation chronique ou une vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 d\u00e9fensive. Les recherches ont montr\u00e9 que le NADH augmentait la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d&rsquo;IL-4, une cytokine favorisant les effets anti-inflammatoires et une signalisation immunitaire saine, r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrant ainsi efficacement le syst\u00e8me immunitaire.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Renforcer le bouclier antioxydant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le stress oxydatif est l&rsquo;un des principaux facteurs de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des cellules immunitaires. Les cellules \u00e2g\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des taux plus faibles de GSH (glutathion) et des taux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de marqueurs d&rsquo;oxydation. Le NADH intervient comme une coenzyme antioxydante \u00e0 action directe. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un bouclier protecteur ciblant s\u00e9lectivement les marqueurs biologiques du vieillissement immunitaire.
