\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u95e1\u660e\u4e86\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u7ba1\u7406 NADH \u7d2f\u7a4d\u4e26\u8010\u53d7\u60e1\u52a3\u751f\u9577\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u4ee3\u8b1d\u6a5f\u5236\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u70ba\u4ee5\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u70ba\u5c0e\u5411\u7684\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u9776\u9ede\u548c\u806f\u5408\u6cbb\u7642\u7b56\u7565\u3002 \u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u52d5\u614b\u5e73\u8861\u662f\u9ad8\u6548\u80fd\u91cf\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u7576\u7c92\u7dda\u9ad4\u529f\u80fd\u53d7\u640d\u6216\u816b\u7624\u5fae\u74b0\u5883\u7f3a\u6c27\u6642\uff0cNADH \u5728\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7d2f\u7a4d\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u9019\u7a2e\u5e73\u8861\u4e26\u9020\u6210\u4ee3\u8b1d\u58d3\u529b\u3002\u6b63\u5e38\u7d30\u80de\u901a\u5e38\u7121\u6cd5\u7dad\u6301\u9019\u7a2e\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u8d70\u5411\u7d30\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002\u7136\u800c\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u53ef\u4ee5\u91cd\u65b0\u898f\u5283\u5176\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u6e05\u9664\u904e\u91cf NADH\uff0c\u5728\u60e1\u52a3\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7dad\u6301\u751f\u5b58\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u8010\u85e5\u6027\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u751f\u5b58\u6a5f\u5236\u80cc\u5f8c\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u73fe\u5728\u624d\u88ab\u5145\u5206\u95e1\u660e\u3002 1\uff08ME1\uff09\u5354\u540c\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u500b\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u300cNADH \u7de9\u885d\u7cfb\u7d71\u300d\u3002\u8a72\u7cfb\u7d71\u5305\u542b\u5169\u689d\u4e26\u884c\u9014\u5f91\uff1a\u4e00\u689d\u6d88\u8017\u7c92\u7dda\u9ad4\u5167\u7d2f\u7a4d\u7684 NADH\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u689d\u6e05\u9664\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u4e2d\u7684\u904e\u91cf NADH\u3002\u5169\u689d\u9014\u5f91\u6700\u7d42\u90fd\u628a\u591a\u9918\u7684\u9084\u539f\u7576\u91cf\u8f49\u5316\u70ba NADPH\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u7d13\u7de9 NADH \u7d2f\u7a4d\u7684\u4ee3\u8b1d\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u4e26\u88dc\u5145\u7d30\u80de\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u9632\u79a6\u6240\u9700\u7684\u539f\u6599\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5728\u58d3\u529b\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u652f\u6301\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u5b58\u3002 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u9084\u7522\u751f\u4e86\u6311\u6230\u73fe\u6709\u7406\u89e3\u7684\u767c\u73fe\u3002\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9176 G6PD\uff08\u8461\u8404\u7cd6 &#8211; 6 &#8211; \u78f7\u9178\u812b\u6c2b\u9176\uff09\u56e0\u5176\u81ea\u8eab\u50ac\u5316\u53cd\u61c9\u7522\u751f NADPH \u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u800c\u5ee3\u70ba\u4eba\u77e5\uff0c\u4f46\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\u5b83\u5728\u9019\u689d\u9014\u5f91\u4e2d\u627f\u64d4\u4e86\u8d85\u8d8a\u50b3\u7d71\u89d2\u8272\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u660e\uff0cG6PD \u53ef\u4ee5\u5145\u7576\u300c\u5206\u5b50\u652f\u67b6\u300d\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u7d50\u5408\u4e26\u6fc0\u6d3b ME1\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u52a0\u901f\u6574\u500b NADH \u8f49\u5316\u9014\u5f91\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u652f\u67b6\u529f\u80fd\u7368\u7acb\u65bc G6PD \u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u6d3b\u6027\u3002   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5c24\u5176\u5177\u6709\u8f49\u5316\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u9a57\u8b49\u4e86\u4ee5\u8a72\u9014\u5f91\u70ba\u9776\u9ede\u7684\u6297\u816b\u7624\u7642\u6548\u3002\u7576\u4f7f\u7528\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u5316\u5408\u7269 ZY444 \u963b\u65b7\u9014\u5f91\u95dc\u9375\u7bc0\u9ede PC \u6642\uff0c\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u7684 NADH \u7de9\u885d\u80fd\u529b\u5927\u5e45\u524a\u5f31\u3002\u9019\u4f7f\u7d30\u80de\u5c0d\u4e8c\u7532\u96d9\u80cd\uff08\u4e00\u7a2e\u7c92\u7dda\u9ad4\u547c\u5438\u6291\u5236\u5291\uff09\u548c CB839\uff08\u4e00\u7a2e\u7a40\u6c28\u9170\u80fa\u4ee3\u8b1d\u6291\u5236\u5291\uff09\u66f4\u52a0\u654f\u611f\u3002\u5728\u5c0f\u9f20\u816b\u7624\u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\uff0cZY444\u3001\u4e8c\u7532\u96d9\u80cd\u548c CB839 \u7684\u4e09\u806f\u7d44\u5408\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u5f37\u52c1\u7684\u5354\u540c\u6291\u7624\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u53d7\u5230\u986f\u8457\u6291\u5236\uff0c\u7642\u6548\u9060\u8d85\u55ae\u85e5\u6216\u96d9\u85e5\u7d44\u5408\u3002
