Excellent Stability Under Digestion in Simulated Gastric Acid with pH 2.0

Excellent Stability Under Accelerated Conditions (37℃, 75% Humidity)

Male C57BL/6 mice weighing 20 g were randomly assigned to four groups and administered intragastrically with normal saline, NMN, NMNH, and Celfavor NMNH at a dose of 250 mg/kg, respectively. Blood samples were collected from the lateral saphenous vein at 2, 4, and 20 hours after the first intragastric administration. Another intragastric dose was given 20 hours later. Four hours after the second administration, the mice were sacrificed under isoflurane anesthesia. Blood and renal tubular epithelial cells were collected and immediately snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen.
